campsite at the newly refurbished Mamray Creek Campground in Mt Remarkable National Park,beautiful ancient river red gums herePt. Lowly fuel depot on the other side of the gulfnear the top of Spencer GulfWestern grey kangaroos were a common sightthe narrowest bit of Hidden GorgeWedge-tailed EagleGolden WhistlerBlue Fairy OrchidScarlet Robinnice to get a good shot of this co-operative KookaburraIsland Lagoon on the Stuart HwyJust west of Port Augusta these hills looked amazing with their foggy caps, little was I to know that it was a sign of the 100km of fog I would soon encounter on the Eyre Hwy !Despite 24 hours of rain up this way, the roads were ok apart from the odd puddle....The old Waltumba Tank which gives its name to the nearby campground and hill, well, I don't actually know what got named first !Info sign at the lake.
